What is a brush rinser?

The Brush Rinser provides clean fresh water conveniently when brush-painting without the clutter and inconvenience of multiple rinse containers, accidental spills, or trips to the sink. Just rinse your brush in the fluted well. Then press the button and the dirty rinse water will drain into the base reservoir while automatically refilling the well with clean water.
 
Takes up the space of 2 glasses of water on your desk, and allows you to clean brushes without damaging the bristles.
You can use it with acrylic paints, metallic acrylic paints, watercolors, tempera, and gouache.

What is the flush capacity of the brush rinser?

The brush cleaner includes a 250 ml bottle that allows you to flush 30 times. The water reservoir under the rinser has a capacity for 2 bottles of 250ml before cleaning and emptying the dirty water.
 
A 500ml accessory is sold in a large bottle that can be purchased separately at Green Stuff World which directly has twice the capacity of clean water.

What kind of cleaners can I use with Brush Rinser?

The basic model is designed to work with water or any other acrylic cleaner. Parts cannot withstand solvent-based cleaners such as white spirit, turpentine, or even acetone. It is also not suitable for working with alcohol as a paint cleaner, as it will evaporate very quickly.
 
To work with other solvent-based cleaners you will need to purchase the advanced model of our brush rinser.

How does the brush rinser work?

Simply fill the bottle with water or any acrylic paint brush cleaner, place the bottle in position, and allow the liquid cleaner to fill the channel and fluted rinse area. We recommend water for this purpose.
 
When you need to clean a brush, simply rub the brush sideways over the grooves in the rinse zone. Repeat this operation as many times as necessary with the same amount of cleaning fluid or water until you see it dirty and need to change it.

Simply press the button so that the water or paint cleaner falls into the lower reservoir tank, let the channel and the rinsing area refill with clean water, and keep painting. 

Do I need to use any paint brush cleaner?

This will depend on the paint you are working with and the type of brush. Normally water is enough. For natural kolinsky sable or Siberian kolinsky sable brushes, we recommend using our brush cleaner and preserver soap, as well as our brush repair.
 
Proper maintenance of your brushes will ensure that they last much longer and save you money in the long run. Good brushes can cost a lot of money, and they may not always be available for purchase.
